Julien believes IoT success depends on both robust engineering and clear architectural vision. Over his career he has led teams to build resilient embedded systems and cloud platforms, and has contributed to open-source tooling that codifies best practices in device management. He works with clients who need to move beyond proofs-of-concept to industrial readiness, emphasizing maintainability, security, and scalable operations.

I work as an independent consultant and remain the main point of contact and technical lead on every engagement. When a project requires additional capacity or complementary skills, I collaborate with a small network of trusted senior freelancers (embedded, electronics, cloud, UX/UI, iOS/Android), with whom I have worked on real production systems.

This model allows me to stay hands-on while supporting larger or multi-disciplinary projects without the overhead of a traditional agency.
